During the 573 International Film Festival, team 573 stayed at the lofts, and it was a great experience. Everything is just perfect from the beautiful artwork and lighting to the kickin’ bathrooms. The Urban Lofts have it going on.
Carisa spent the last six years as the sole proprietor of Mary Jane Street + Food, Food Truck, Mary Jane Burgers & Brew LLC and Stark Property Management LLC. Jackson Street BrewCo and most recently Mary Jane bourbon + smokehouse opening in 2019 in Downtown Cape Girardeau.
Carisa has been involved in her community as a board member with the Chamber of Commerce and Perryville Downtown Revitalization. Carisa formed Stark Property Management focusing on Commercial Property Rentals, Vacation Rentals, and most currently the Residential Rental rehab project of eight apartments in downtown Perryville called Urban Lofts located above Jackson Street BrewCo.
